Classes can be tailored for the needs of the customer
Booking a class- A deposit must be made in order to secure the date requested. A deposit is 50% of the total cost of the class. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your class. The final payment is due 7 calendar days before the date of your class, if funds are not received, your class will be cancelled, and you forfeit your deposit. If you want to rebook after cancellation, your previous deposit can be used but it will not be refunded, even if you do not reschedule.
Cancellations - If you need to cancel a class after deposit has been made, you need to inform Griggs Financial Consultants 14 calendar days before your scheduled class. If cancelled on time, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel 13 days or less, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to griggsfinancial2021@gmail.com . Emails must be received before 11:59pm CST on the 14th day.
Cancellation due to inclement weather/ Acts of God - If you need to cancel your class on the day of due to inclement weather, power outages, acts of God, you will be given a full refund of all monies sent to Griggs Financial Consultants.
